Welcome to Avery Energy
We are a professional energy assessment company and have been providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in the West Midlands & Worcestershire since 2007. We offer a friendly service providing EPCs for house sales as well as residential and social lettings. We also provide Retrofit Assessments.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
All properties marketed 'For Sale' or 'To Let' in England now require a valid EPC. An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It also provides information about the property's energy use as well as recommendations on how to save money by improving the property's energy efficiency.
If you chose to book your EPC with Avery Energy, a Fully Qualified, Licensed and Insured Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) will make an appointment to inspect the property at a time that suits you. The EPC will be completed and will usually be registered on the Government's database within a day of the inspection. Once complete, the EPC lasts for 10 years.
Prices start from just £60.00 (fully inclusive). To see our full price list or to book an EPC, please click the link in the menu bar above.
