Avery Energy EPCs for Landlords

Information For Landlords

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required whenever a property is built, rented or sold. Therefore, all residential properties marketed 'To Let' in England require an EPC.

An EPC gives your property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It also provides information about your property's energy use as well as recommendations on how to save money by improving your property's energy efficiency. Once complete, the EPC lasts for 10 years. For more information on EPCs, including the types of buildings which do not need an EPC, please visit the Energy Performance Certificates page on Gov.uk.

Get an EPC for your Property

Avery Energy are delighted to offer EPCs for your properties. If you chose to book your EPC with Avery Energy, a professional and friendly energy assessor will make an appointment to inspect the property at a time that suits you. The EPC will be completed and will usually be registered on the Government's database within a day of the inspection.

Prices start from just £50.00 (fully inclusive). To see our full price list or to book an EPC, please click the link in the menu bar above.
